We're looking for an organised, analytical and collaborative Allocator to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our retail stores have the inventory they need to deliver an outstanding guest experience, while partnering closely with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Operations and Customer Service teams across the business. No two days are the same. From managing stock flow and replenishment to analysing sales trends and supporting store launches and campaigns, you'll be at the centre of keeping our retail business moving. What you’ll be doing Own the flow of inventory across our Arc'teryx retail stores, ensuring the right product reaches the right location at the right time. Develop allocation and replenishment strategies based on sales performance, forecasts and store requirements. Analyse trading performance, sell-through and inventory levels to identify opportunities and risks. Partner with Retail teams to optimise stock levels and support strategies for slow-moving inventory.
