A little about this position:

• Assist in managing work orders for multiple departments
• Communicate job progress with work requesters and follow up with requesters upon completion
• Assist with producing and formatting documents
• Assist in operating building automation system using web interface
• Maintain files for compliance with government and other requirements
• Process invoices and reconcile credit card receipts
• Manage employee time sheets

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer problem solving skills
• Aptitude to learn and assist with management of complex database systems and building automation controls
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain several simultaneous tasks and prioritize between them
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in data entry

​Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $27.04
