Duties & Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

Maintain safe and tidy work areas by clearing debris, boxes, and misplaced equipment

Sweep and mop kitchen floors using safe cleaning practices

Manage kitchen waste and recycling systems, ensuring proper disposal

Organize and safely store clean kitchen equipment

Support chefs and other kitchen staff with cleaning and prep area maintenance

Complete additional cleaning or support tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching
- Comfortable using hands to grip, handle, reach, and carry objects
- Capable of safely lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow sanitation procedures
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduled
