Seattle Ridge Caretaker

The Seattle Ridge Caretaker is to ensure the building is cleaned, stocked, and ready for the business day. 

Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Clean the dining room for the next meal period, which includes deep cleaning duties assigned by the Chef or Manager.  
• Sanitize any leftover dishes. 
• Mop floors and sanitize all kitchen surfaces. 
• Perform light cooking duties to ensure food par levels meet the needs for the following meal period. 
• Respond promptly to guest needs and service requests. 
• Maintain safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly. 
• Independently follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner to support outlet and resort goals. 
• Additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:  

• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and address delays, or unexpected events. 
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred but not required. 
• Can regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts. 
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, snow shoveling, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching. 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
